We were personally greeted by the sales manager, Tarryn McCray Wright, who was a pleasure to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough yet efficient. Our sales experience was a 10+. We look forward to receiving our custom made recliners.

I couldn't find any that had a manual arm on the side that let the legs down too. Thought i would just look at lazy boy to see if they had any. With the presidents sale they were actually cheaper than the outlet furniture. They were so comfortable and just what i needed. Also able to get in a color/material i wanted at no extra cost (just had to pay shipping cost to my house and wait 6 weeks). I cant wait til they are delivered. Salesperson was very helpful and professional even though they were very busy.
