- ARAira RocaJul 6, 20251.0This place is MALICIOUS as it gets. I asked for a quote multiple times and was not provided one at all. I was initially told that technician would provide upon arrival. When he showed up, it still was not provided and he simply began working on the car. The technican stated each time that he did not know the price yet when asked. The technician broke a working key out of the ignition (it worked before and after it was bent out). He clearly doesn’t know what he was doing! took about 20 min and he proceeded to charge 250 dollars for breaking a working key out of the ignition. Obviously, I was very upset about this as I asked several times for a quote and was not provided and then was charged an astronomical amount to have my key broken! The technician showed no remorse, very rude, and simply wanted payment period. Absolutely disgusting service. Everything I just explained I explained to "customer support" who DID NOT LODGE A COMPLAINT UNTIL THE THIRD TIME REACHING OUT TO THEM. When I was finally reached for a resolution they strait up lied and stated I told them personally that I was quoted a price when on the phone with them. I had never said any such thing! I never get a help I needed and I got charged for 200$! UNBELIEVABLE.
