It was obvious "technician" had no experience at all and keyme location is a franchise location with very poorly trained people. Broke a working key out of the car, lied about time on site, intentionally not providing quote! I guarantee that many positive reviews on here are fake because there are SEVERAL incidents over the past day with this company that are deceitful and dishonest. Customer service told me that person who called told them they were quoted, when I merged call and asked the mother of my kid he immediately backtracked when she said, like from the beginning, that SHE WAS NEVER QUOTED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
- ARAira RocaJul 6, 20251.0This place is MALICIOUS as it gets. I asked for a quote multiple times and was not provided one at all. I was initially told that technician would provide upon arrival. When he showed up, it still was not provided and he simply began working on the car. The technican stated each time that he did not know the price yet when asked. The technician broke a working key out of the ignition (it worked before and after it was bent out). He clearly doesn’t know what he was doing! took about 20 min and he proceeded to charge 250 dollars for breaking a working key out of the ignition. Obviously, I was very upset about this as I asked several times for a quote and was not provided and then was charged an astronomical amount to have my key broken! The technician showed no remorse, very rude, and simply wanted payment period. Absolutely disgusting service. Everything I just explained I explained to "customer support" who DID NOT LODGE A COMPLAINT UNTIL THE THIRD TIME REACHING OUT TO THEM. When I was finally reached for a resolution they strait up lied and stated I told them personally that I was quoted a price when on the phone with them. I had never said any such thing! I never get a help I needed and I got charged for 200$! UNBELIEVABLE.
