  I was recently robbed in Walmart parking lot and the robber took my keys medicine and other items out of my vehicle so I called Key locksmith to come out and cut a key for my 2010 Mercedes he came out took about 4 to 5 hours to cut the key. Never advised me until the end that the key was gonna cost $950 so I ended up paying him $480. He gave me the key and I told him I would pay the remaining balance in a couple of days, but in the midst of this, he took my state ID and would not give it back. Keep in mind I need my ID in order to work. Something about this business seems a little shady after speaking with the police. They advised me that they are not allowed to keep my state ID. They can look at it, but they are not allowed to keep it so I am now in the process of locating the business and going with the police officer to retrieve my ID. Be careful who you call to make copies to your car keys not only that they damaged the steering wheel column, which will now not tilt our telescope. They left pieces hanging around the steering wheel. This was just a very unprofessional experience and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I repeat do not use this service do not. And not only that now I’m no longer having access to be able to touch my door handle and unlock the door. Windshield wipers will not work and they can completely destroyed my steering column.

  This place is MALICIOUS as it gets. I asked for a quote multiple times and was not provided one at all. I was initially told that technician would provide upon arrival. When he showed up, it still was not provided and he simply began working on the car. The technican stated each time that he did not know the price yet when asked. The technician broke a working key out of the ignition (it worked before and after it was bent out). He clearly doesn’t know what he was doing! took about 20 min and he proceeded to charge 250 dollars for breaking a working key out of the ignition. Obviously, I was very upset about this as I asked several times for a quote and was not provided and then was charged an astronomical amount to have my key broken! The technician showed no remorse, very rude, and simply wanted payment period. Absolutely disgusting service. Everything I just explained I explained to "customer support" who DID NOT LODGE A COMPLAINT UNTIL THE THIRD TIME REACHING OUT TO THEM. When I was finally reached for a resolution they strait up lied and stated I told them personally that I was quoted a price when on the phone with them. I had never said any such thing! I never get a help I needed and I got charged for 200$! UNBELIEVABLE.
