- KBKerri BAug 7, 20241.0Horrible service. Technician come to my office to rekey a deadbolt. Walkout said he had to get a different lock. He had removed our deadbolt and left our backdoor wide open. Never came back. After 1.5 hours I called him and he said he was sending someone else out. I said okay but we close at 4:00. Technician never showed. Got a call at 5:30 from someone else asking if the technician had called me back I said no he just left and I called him. I explained the other tech. never showed. We closed the door for the night with the hole in it and put duct tape over it for the night hoping no one would break in. He said he'd have someone back to the office by 9:00. No show by 10:00. So I called and dispatch said hold on. Well I held the line for several minutes and no one came back to the line. I then called back got a different person and she said call another number that they'd have the dispatch numbers. I called that # and it picked up by no one was there on the line. Gave up and called someone else.
