- ESEmily SchweitzerNov 11, 20255.0the past two times i have been to this hobby lobby, the customers have been nothing short of rude and obnoxious towards the employees, who are always nice and friendly. i can’t help but feel absolutely terrible for these people getting yelled at by the public for “not having enough cashiers” and to just “call people up” (which really does show how many people have never worked retail a day in their lives and don’t understand how it works). these employees are doing a great job and deserve to be recognized by the company or a regional at least for dealing with by far, the worst, most entitled people in the city. a lot of people rely on hobby lobby for creative supplies and home decor, and hopefully some will realize a store doesn’t run at all without the people that work there. if you’re a customer reading this - be nicer to them!!!
- KRK RansdellOct 20, 20253.0I like the place just fine I guess. But, everytime I go to check out, it is a 15 minute or more ordeal. Which make the trip to Hobby Lobby a lot less worth it. If I'm being honest, not a big fan of how everything is always 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 & 50% off. Just put the final price as original...and mark down from there. It is kind of irritating for obvious reasons. But the biggest thing is by Time I got to the cash register with the level lady waiting on me, and by the way she was very nice, I noticed that they have to ring in every item that you're buying by hand so that means they have to key it in by hand. Which I think is kind of insane in this day in age. Especially with Amazon and every other online retailer that can send you something in a day... Seems a little archaic to me.
