- JWJulie Wilson5 days ago2.0I don’t know her name but, I believe she is one of the managers, she’s blond and young. I asked her a question about pricing and she was extremely rude! She wasn’t kind, very monotone, seemed like she just didn’t care on what I had to ask, acted like she didn’t like her job. The Second Lady she’s also blond, short hair, little older. I asked her a question about fabric and was rude as well. Short snippy with her response on what question I had. I Made sure I didn’t interrupt her helping a customer, after she was done I asked her a simple question and the way that she responded to me was like I asked her to go do something very difficult, sighed and seemed liked she didn’t like her job. There’s also someone that is very quiet at the checkout. I get that some people can be quiet, but this person is extremely quiet. I had to ask her “what” After almost every sentence. She’s too quiet that sometimes I second-guess if I got the right discount or the right change back if I paid in cash. I really liked when this Hobby Lobby opened, But the Recent customer service has not been great.
