Corey Booker was great in finalizing our reservation when I showed up to do so. He was very polite, informative, and to the point. It may cost more than others but the security of knowing your items are safe is worth it. Also, they offer plenty of specials so you can still get a great deal. It is the best storage facility in Louisville with a very nice and helpful Store Manager-Corey Booker. Thank you!

I needed a place big enough to store all my stuff while I was finding a place to live. Charles a manger from a different location happened to be at Warwick, he was very nice and friendly from the start and was understanding in accommodating to my needs and what was in my best interest. Charles and Corey were happy to show me by walking to different units to see which unit I would be comfortable with. Corey the store manager at Warwick was extremely helpful in being friendly, understanding, and professional. After briefly sharing my current life situation with Corey, he helped me and worked with me in finding a unit that was financially affordable for me. Initially I chose a small unit but I went back the next day and Corey was willing to work with me to switch me to a bigger unit with ease. I was able to meet Staci the assistant store manager at Warwick and she was and has been friendly, understanding, and professional as well. She gave me some helpful tips and information about finding a place and overall community vibe surrounding Warwick ExtraSpace Storage. Every time I spoke with Corey and Staci, they always tell me they are happy to help and to contact them with anything I needed. They both have demonstrated that they care and their cordiality and professionalism has meant a lot. I ended up needing my storage unit for only a month. The process to begin my unit rental and end my rental period was very simple and quick. I am grateful to have met Cory and Staci and that they were part of my new move journey in life. Thank you Corey and Staci. I highly recommend ExtraSpace storage on 8002 Warwick Ave. it’s in a very nice location, the entire place is always kept clean and smelling clean which made it that much more peaceful and comfortable for me to store my possessions. Each floor is brightly lit and spacious to maneuver your stuff down the hallways and between units. What’s also nice is you can park your car inside the building through garage door-like sections built-in with the building where you can unload and load your vehicle with ease. During my time at Warwick ExtraSpace Storage, I felt safe and comfortable with storing my possessions. At 8002 Warwick Ave you get friendly, understanding, and professional customer service.
