Some storage units offer dumpsters for storage tenants and this facility does not. 2. When I needed someone in person, this wasn’t always the case and I would have to wait during normal business hours for someone to get there from a different location and 3. I was late one month. I was made to pay a $100 and something dollar pre foreclosure fee for being late one month! Even the agent helping me said it wasn’t right.. Otherwise I do recommend to anyone, just don’t be late on your payment.

This was Sunday evening. Today I went to the office and Tion (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very courteous and helpful. He provided the correct lock (barrel lock) for the storage unit and now we feel more reassured about storing our belongings here. Thanks for the assist Tion!!
- TJTerrance JonesJan 27, 20261.0On 1/24/26 the gates were left open after hours per instruction of the district manager. The property manager (Misty) stated that on 1/25/26 at 6:48am several storage units were broken into. The security camera system was spray painted black and according to the property manager (Misty) there’s no footage of the people who did these crimes. On 1/27/26 I was contacted at 1:03pm from the property manager (Misty) stating that my unit was broken into. When i asked the property manager (Misty) why none of the tenants were notified that the gates were going to be open during the weekend she stated that they were not liable to do so. My concern is why not let the tenants know that their property is in danger?
