The online price looked perfect — around $60/month — and that’s what convinced me to reserve a unit. What I didn’t realize is that the online rate is really just a teaser price to get you in. Within less than two months, my rate went up significantly. After that, it continued to climb every few months with no real explanation. A few months later, I received another notice saying the price was going up to $199/month. That’s more than triple what I originally signed up for. Yes, the rental agreement mentions that they can raise the price, but the way it’s done feels very misleading for anyone planning to stay long term. If I knew the price would jump this fast, I would’ve looked for a different facility from the start. On the positive side, the facility is clean, well-maintained, and organized. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, so I have no complaints there. But overall, the pricing model is the biggest issue. If you’re looking for long-term storage, be prepared for constant increases. It might work for short-term use, but for long-term, the cost becomes unreasonable very quickly.

Make sure to check out his restroom in the office, he keeps it so clean you could eat off the floor, and the wall decor is something you won’t believe until you see it. Charlie loves to answer any and all questions and if you ask him about his co-workers he will go on for days, that’s the team player he is. This review should be worth 100 reviews because Charlie’s hard work can’t be summed up in a review. If it is cold outside please ask him for one of his many coats, he keeps them to donate to the homeless
