I gave them the exact model number of the washer. The part came in and when I got home I realized they ordered the wrong part. Went back up there and they told me no refunds even though I had not installed it and would not order the correct one unless I paid for another one. Lesson learned, order from Amazon and you can return the wrong part. Avoid this place.
