But I have a little thing called a budget!!! But every single person was as friendly as can be with smiles. I love to deal with people who enjoy what they do... What i really want is for Lowe's to build a store in Booneville KY i would have to say that they would put a lot of lumber yards or home centers out of business.

They made me ask 20 questions about pricing of wood cutting, I was fine with 2 dollar price for the cuts, it's completely understandable, a company needs money right? but I was treated like I'm some kind of idiot that doesn't know what to do, like I'm some kind of foreigner, basically I'm going back and forth on whoever worker there was and even one complained I had needed to cut wood, sassy cleaner goes nah no way..... I hope you guys are satisfied even not understanding my mental differences... consider a customer lost, manchester lumber company does me better, at least they try to help, and they do... this place doesn't even deserve a star... Oh and forgot to add, they asked me to wait to cut wood, I waited for almost 20 no show, I asked again, they complained about why no one was there and basically I was some inconvenience....

However, if you like being lied to and about and ignored: then Lowes delivery dispatchers and customer service reps. are right up your alley. Paid for the fridge (and paid for delivery) on 3/13/26 & set up delivery date for 3/21/26. After rearranging our kitchen and unloading our fridge twice, missing 4 hours of work, wasting one whole Saturday, going through umpteen phone calls with multiple dispatchers & being lied too over 4 days' time (London, KY Lowes will NOT ANSWER their phone) WE FINALLY RECEIVED OUR REFRIGERATOR ON 3/25/26. Oh, and by the way at least they brought new pets with them. We have been in our home for 18 years and found our 1st two cock roaches in the floor in front of the new fridge with in 1 hour of delivery. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD AT LOWES. NEVER AGAIN LESSON LEARNED!!!
