    This Lowe's is a pretty good Lowe's. They have decent prices, good stock and staff that are willing to help- when they aren't overworked to the point that they don't have time to breathe. I think the employees do the best they can. They always seem to be working hard.

    Mangers are rude to there workers. I bought a brand new washer and dryer. Paid for them and a few hoses in the back walked outside to wait for them to bring my new washer and dryer around. Somebody thought I was stealing from them and called the cops on me lol all they had to do was ask for my receipt. What a joke of management here.

    I ordered a dishwasher online from Lowe’s because the website clearly stated it was in stock and would be delivered to the store for pickup within a week. That was the entire reason I ordered online. That was four weeks ago. A week passed. Then Christmas. Then New Year’s. Then another week. I was told “it should be here Friday.” Friday came and went. Still nothing. I went into the store today to get answers, and no one could tell me where my appliance is, when it’s arriving, or who is responsible. The only solution offered was to cancel the order and “talk to appliances” as if this somehow fixes weeks of delays and misinformation. No one at Lowe’s takes ownership of anything. Customer service passes you around. Appliance associates have no answers. Management is invisible. This is exactly why I ordered online—to avoid chasing people down in the store—yet here I am anyway, with nothing to show for it. This is not a supply chain issue. This is a communication, accountability, and customer service failure. If you value your time, do not rely on Lowe’s delivery or pickup estimates. They are meaningless. At this point, it’s better to pay a little more and support a local business that actually knows where your order is and stands behind what they sell. Lowe’s needs serious management attention at the store and corporate level. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and completely avoidable.

    Asked for help, was told they would get someone to help me and then just left me hanging. I spend a lot of money in there. And the girl I spoke with knows me pretty well… very disappointed.

    Lowes service is so hit or miss anymore. The items the website says are in store aren't there or if they are it's a treasure hunt trying to find them. The items say in store but it means can be in store if you wait. If you call the stores AI is terrible. I just want to know if you have an item before I drive there.
