  Trenton Elliott recently serviced the alarm system in our home and did an outstanding job. He was friendly, courteous, competent, thorough and did not leave any mess. I highly recommend this young man and Pye-Barker/Bates Security company.

  Updated review: Earlier today, I shared a post expressing my frustration about some missed return communication this week regarding a service issue. While I still believe that aspect could have been handled better, I also recognize that the company clearly values good customer service and went above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate that they reached out immediately when they realized my frustration. They called me around 4:00 and tried to get a tech out immediately but initially it didn't work with my schedule, so I scheduled for Wednesday. Instead of waiting until Wednesday, Seth (Technician) reached out a few minutes later to see if he could come by today after the normal service window, which would allow it to work with my schedule. He met me around 5:00 p.m. and stayed past 6:00 from making sure everything was thoroughly resolved. Although the 24-hour timeline issue had corrected itself, Seth stayed and confirmed that everything was working properly. He also took extra steps to resolve a problem I had with receiving notifications from the camera. This turned out not to be an easy fix but Serh stayed with it until it clearly was working properly. Seth’s effort, flexibility, and persistence made the difference. I’m genuinely appreciative of the commitment shown to making things right.
