The manager Lucas has a very stand-off attitude once he is done pretending to be a nice a person. I will never shop here again for the simple fact that they treated me like a criminal for wanting to buy a product that was marked down in price.

- SPSusan PixlerApr 1, 20265.0I was in Lowe’s to purchase white rock. I ask 2 men employees to help me load them in my cart. Their response was to ask for them to be brought up when I checked out. When I checked out the clerk tried to get someone to bring the rock—no one answered her, so he went back and loaded them herself. Then she and another CUSTOMER help load them into my car. She went way beyond helping me and the other men did nothing. I hope you hang on to her. She is a real asset.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
