- ACAngie CurransApr 14, 20261.0OMG - HORRIBLE - We rented a unit in Jan 2026 & the rate was $113 - I received a notice on a small postcard with very small print that said it was going to increase to $193 in May - THAT IS A 59% INCREASE - I was told there could be an increase evidentially however 59%!!!!! - We are a non profit & cannot afford such "gouging" - On the postcard it stated that we were under a "promotional" during my phone conversation at the beginning there was no mention that it was a "promotional" - I thought it was interesting that I get multiple emails from them but with this notice they sent a tiny card & in my opinion was that in hopes that I wouldn't read it & then get that insane amount deducted from our account. MY WARNING IS THIS.... MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERY FINE PRINT IN THE LEASE & DO NOT TAKE A PERSON WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY WORD FOR THE DETAILS. The response I got from them when I emailed was that "it was in the lease agreement". Very DISAPPOINTED.
