  Cannot say enough wonderful things about Seth. Very dedicated, professional and stays on the problem/install until it’s working perfectly. Besides being a genuinely nice young man, he really cares about his job performance. That’s why I request Seth for any service needed, and it’s usually a long wait so obviously a lot of their customers agree with me!

  I have worked with both Brian the service manager and Seth Mayes the last two days for our temp monitoring issues and camera issues at two different sites. They have been very responsive and helpful. They test everything multiple times prior to leaving to ensure everything is working properly. It's put us at ease knowing they are the technicians being sent out to resolve the issues because they are kind, knowledgeable and thorough.

  Ron with Pye-Barker was outstanding. He really took the time to explain how the install process worked , gave his opinions on some devices we needed to add. We really felt at ease with Ron , as installing a security system is a big deal and making sure you are fully covered in your home. I highly recommend and ask for Ron to do the install.

  We were very pleased with the service we received from Seth Mayes! He came to our facility and fixed the locking mechanism on our front entrance doors. He was very professional, polite, and handled everything with care and integrity. 10/10!
