This location is always clean and the staff is friendly, although at times they can be hard to find. There's not much to say with this review because the store is mainly just like all the other Lowe's stores that you've seen.

I ordered an item to be picked up at Hamburg but for some reason I had to go to this Lowes out of my way. The item was visibly CRACKED and should never been set out for a pick up. No one would help me, although there were many employees hanging out. Finally this lady about my age, yeah senior, helped me after she saw me waiting for 15 minutes. She got me a similar item which I took to the good Lowes and got my item there after an exchange.

A HUGE thanks to DM Tommy and the Lowes staff for their generosity last week. I needed 5 or 6 random shingles for my elderly moms house. Tommy helped me find some and then donated them so I didnt have to buy an entire package. Sooo appreciated and repaired just in time for winter. 5 Stars!

If I could give Mr Andrew at the Richmond road Lexington ky a 0 star I would. He thought it was funny that my product was delivered damaged when I called in stating that we waited for 2 months! He was upset because we asked to speak to a manager and we didn’t want to discuss with a customer service rep. I would love to play the recording of his nasty attitude to the store manager and let her tell me that he is manager material. Shame on you! As a Lowe’s employee myself, it’s sad that u represent our manager team!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
