    I bought a Larson front screen door with the sliding screen and glass in late December 2024 from Lowe's in Lexington Ky near Sir Barton, after several months the screen and glass function was totally nil, it would not move up and down as required so I left it on the glass part. After complaining to Lowes about the issue I was told that I would have to deal with Larson directly and that the warranty had run out which was not true. I had barely used the glass/screen function. I called Larson and told them about the issue and they agreed to send me the glass/screen portion so that I could replace the one that was not working myself. I agreed and after receiving the it I discovered that the screen/glass was damaged and had plastic pieces that were broken and scattered in the box. I called Larson and told them about this and sent photos of the damage and they agreed to send me another set. I received the new screen/glass attachment and guess what it was damaged during delivery as well! Broken parts throughout the box. After calling again on December 20th 2025 and sending them photos of the broken attachment they recommended sending the a new attachment to Lowes directly to ensure that it would not happen again. I guess assuming I was damaging it. I said at this point I should get a brand new door for my troubles to which they said that would be up to Lowes. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get it shipped to Lowe's in Lexington near Sir Barton drive to pick it up. Not to mention I'm still using the original screen door and having to tape it up while awaiting for the replacements! Furthermore after receiving both replacement screen/glass attachments I discovered the instructions on how to replace it and it will be incredibly hard to do and would take Einstein to do! So they don't even offer installation options or service! Incredibly frustrated with this experience! I paid good money for this door and it has failed, the functio, the replacement, and the delivery issues has been frustrating and I blame Lowe's for selling me a bad door from a bad company that is Larson. I deserve a new door and better customer satisfaction. Buyers beware and stay away from getting Larson doors from Lowe's and shame on Lowe's for selling me a bad product!!

    Great Lowe's. Always has great selection and good stock on the shelves. Clean store and friendly staff. Staff acknowledges you with a hello when they walk towards you in the aisles. Self checkout is always quick since they have so many. My go-to Lowe's.

    Always a fine experience at Lowe's. Try to do your research ahead of time and go in with realistic expectations. Sometimes you get an associate that is extremely knowledgeable and they go above and beyond like, other times you don't. That is to be expected in almost any retail store. Even with 5 stars there is always room for improvement, I often find myself wondering around looking for assistance so maybe a couple more department specific associates could help with this issue.
