Placed an online order. Try to cancel it and it never send me a code to confirm my phone number. When I call the store, automation asks what im calling for and I say online order and need to cancel. It directs my call and after 5 minutes on hold someone answers and asks me again what I’m calling for and tranfers me. I do this 5 times and tell the lady by the third try that I’ve been on hold multiple times, they aren’t answering where she transfers me and the call drops after being on hold for 10 minutes. She is not willing to help me when I asked if she could. I’m just trying to let them know I’m not coming to get the order and need to cancel it.

They offer a variety of items that are changed out seasonally. Staff was friendly at checkout. It is also a plus that they allow dogs so you never know when you will run into a cute pooch.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
