The second time, it was horrible and I attribute that to the need to communicate with the office staff. The women in the office (especially Sherry Galati) were very rude and possess zero customer service skills. They were incredibly difficult to work with and we were fortunate enough to find another company quickly who treated us respectfully and solved our problem without the headache.
