He has always been respectful and kind and I am happy to rent here. Out of all storage places I have rented in this one is my favorite place. Thank you for treating me as a person. I will always suggest extra space storage to anyone that needs to rent a place. Wendy C.

This is after it being increased 9 months ago from $155 9 months before that it was $105. Absolutely ridiculous and price gauging.
