I have been having issues opening and closing my storage unit of black strip is damaged. It’s refusing to get replaced and every other time I call another excuse has been made not to get it fixed. It’s an inconvenience paying so much money for a storage unit and not having the service to have the ability to fix it right away! The amount of money I’m paying for I should have zero issues opening and closing my storage unit. Please be aware of this place. It’s a brand new area, but be careful. I’m hoping to get mine fixed soon. Have a blessed day.!!

They get you in the building with 1 month free, but they will recoup that soon after that 30 day period with rent increases every other month. They aren't open 24hrs per day. Sign says 9am - 10pm daily but if you think 9am is a time, you're mistaken. It means whenever their employee arrives to set the keypad on. However as soon as 10pm hits, those same keypads automatically shutdown. You can get out but you cannot get back in. There are four bathrooms in the building, 1 in the main office area, 1 on the first floor, and 2 on the third floor. The only one that's open is the main office area. The manager claims the other three are out of order and they have been locked for at least 4 months. The elevators are set to snails pace so if more that one person in the building expect a snails pace. I wouldn't recommend this place to kmy worst enemy if I had one.
