- EEEssence5 days ago5.0I had an amazing experience with Barnhill Chimney. From the salespeople to people who answered the phone to the installers everything went incredibly smoothly. It did take longer for the stove to arrive than originally planned but it did not seem to be anything Barnhill had control over and when the stove arrived the moved the install date up. After installation, once of the installers patiently and kindly showed me the best way to use the stove from how to stack the wood (and why it mattered), to how to use the moisture reader to how to operate the stove. He showed me pictures of the roof and how he went to extra effort to make sure it didn't leak. He was kind and patient and just a really good person. I am so glad I went with Barnhill Chimneys. Absolutely 10/10 experience from start to finish.
