I very very rarely ever make a negative review because I understand stuff happens and people have bad days. However, that doesn't excuse the poor customer service or the lack of effort to resolve an issue. I don't live in lex, so a trip to lex is out of the way and a rare occasion, plus half the stuff here is so overpriced it isnt worth it. We decided we wanted to splurge on ourselves a bit, so we decided to go buy a new tree. I got unlucky and ended up buying a tree that had a factory defect, no biggie, right? Wrong. Huge biggie. I bring it back to exchange it, they scan the old one and the new one, the price zeros out. Cool. Right? Wrong. Instead, I'm charged AGAIN for the same tree. When I call to get assistance on when Im suppposed to get my refund I'm told to come all the way back out to fix their mistake. The guy on the phone kept talking over me when I was trying to explain my issue and sounded annoyed when I asked for the corporate number which HE OFFERED to give me. Corporate is just as unhelpful because when you select the customer service option, it repeats the same message over. And over. And over. Good luck getting to speak to an actual person. Judging by the responses to other reviews, it's clear they don't care or don't even read them because each one has just plugs their rewards program. Just a warning for anyone headed to this store. The older lady with the tattoo sleeves was pretty nice when we went there, though. Shame it was only her. Even her coworkers were a little snappy at her.
