    I half contemplated 2 stars for a moment, but then made my mind up that that is too kind for what I've had to go through to get my money back on a product that had a factory mistake. I very very rarely ever make a negative review because I understand stuff happens and people have bad days. However, that doesn't excuse the poor customer service or the lack of effort to resolve an issue. I don't live in lex, so a trip to lex is out of the way and a rare occasion, plus half the stuff here is so overpriced it isnt worth it. We decided we wanted to splurge on ourselves a bit, so we decided to go buy a new tree. I got unlucky and ended up buying a tree that had a factory defect, no biggie, right? Wrong. Huge biggie. I bring it back to exchange it, they scan the old one and the new one, the price zeros out. Cool. Right? Wrong. Instead, I'm charged AGAIN for the same tree. When I call to get assistance on when Im suppposed to get my refund I'm told to come all the way back out to fix their mistake. The guy on the phone kept talking over me when I was trying to explain my issue and sounded annoyed when I asked for the corporate number which HE OFFERED to give me. Corporate is just as unhelpful because when you select the customer service option, it repeats the same message over. And over. And over. Good luck getting to speak to an actual person. Judging by the responses to other reviews, it's clear they don't care or don't even read them because each one has just plugs their rewards program. Just a warning for anyone headed to this store. The older lady with the tattoo sleeves was pretty nice when we went there, though. Shame it was only her. Even her coworkers were a little snappy at her.

    I never knew one place would be the icing on the cake for finishing my $16,000.00 remodel of my home. I cant even remember why I walked into this place, but I remember thinking that I would have to stay away from there if I didnt want to spend a lot of money.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
