He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and he completed a thorough inspection of the entire home, the attic, and the surrounding landscape—all while answering my dumb questions. He was genuine and honest, which seems rare these days. It's strange to feel so satisfied by something like a pest inspection, but I really can't say enough nice things about this experience.
