There has been times when we couldn't make a payment on time and Brandon made it possible for us to keep our things until we could make our payment. Best rent to own.

- SBSabrina BusterNov 29, 20183.0We got a couch and loveseat and laptop from there shortly after about a month we ended up with bedbugs and we didn't have no furniture but the couches and whenever we sit on the couch as we started to getting bit no sooner than they brought it which was like 3 weeks after we paid for it then I left top started shocking us and it's not worked for about 3 months now and they're wanting payments on stuff at shocks us and that brought bed bugs into our house we had no furniture except the two couches when we got in our apartment there was no bed bugs hear no nothing now we have bed bugs we have to buy a new bed we have to buy furniture we have to get rid of everything we have because of bed bugs that we got from there the girl that lives a couple apartments down said she previously had this couch and she experienced the same thing. But the sales people are nice I lost my job and I payments was 137 a month and I told the guy about our laptop shocking us and there's nothing they could do about it except for us to make payments on it so we're two months behind on our payments I just got another job and they're 110 money by tomorrow and I don't get paid until the 7th and they want $95 and I rent is almost 600 and my husband barely makes a little over 600 a month so now we got to come up with more money to continuously keep paying for stuff that has bed bugs they claim that it was sprayed but if it was sprayed and we had no bed bugs in this house until we brought this couch in here and started getting bit we had to sleep on the floor and we went and bought a air mattress we bought a mattress and box springs brought it in the house brand new next thing we know are box springs and mattress got bed bugs and they came from the couch because you have no bed bugs in your house and you get furniture from another place how does bed bugs get transferred into your house if that is the place you got it from and they claim they sprayed it but the girl that lives down the apartment says that there was bed bugs and they brought him into her house so you know how does bed bugs travel if you know you don't have no furniture in your house except from what you get from up there we will not be renting from there again and we will not recommend anybody to there.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
