    Update: The tree we purchased here is defective. We will see how this stores customer service is with issues like this... This place is HUGE but very disorganized, messy, and dark. There are not enough overhead lights. It's nothing like the At Home by us in Elizabethtown. It reminded me of a peddlers mall or an indoor flea market. We ordered a Christmas tree online because it wasn't available at our local At Home. There was no clear process to pick up the item and no staff to ask but the ones working the register. So we waited in the standard checkout line and the employee working the register took our receipt and walked over to another register and drug the tree over too us. No cart or anything and just dropped it down and said here. Terrible customer service. Not sure if most of the At Home stores are like this or nice with good customer service like the one in Etown. We'll stick with our local store from now on.

    I had the worst store experience today. We went tree shopping with our kids and picked out ornament at our local store. We found a great tree for $100 with the sign still up and ornaments our kids loved. Then the tree rang up $200. We asked for help. The cashier said theyd honor it and I showed her the photo of the sign. The cashier supervisor said no and get out. Our kids are in tears because the tree and ornaments they picked out weren't honored at the price listed and a Christmas experience turned into a nightmare. This is sad customer service. And being instantly rude and belligerent towards children when it's your sign that was wrong isn't how to handle things.

    Neat store. If there are any type of holiday decorations you are looking for, this is the place. My wife and I went stopped by back in September for the first time. Now we have had to go back 2 other times. Now it's costing me money, I should have never let her go in there. They have a little of everything for the home. Their seasonal section was great for Halloween and now the are loaded for Christmas. The employee's were very polite and helpful. I just wish they had a sign up pointing to the bathroom....
