    Update: The tree we purchased here is defective. We will see how this stores customer service is with issues like this... This place is HUGE but very disorganized, messy, and dark. There are not enough overhead lights. It's nothing like the At Home by us in Elizabethtown. It reminded me of a peddlers mall or an indoor flea market. We ordered a Christmas tree online because it wasn't available at our local At Home. There was no clear process to pick up the item and no staff to ask but the ones working the register. So we waited in the standard checkout line and the employee working the register took our receipt and walked over to another register and drug the tree over too us. No cart or anything and just dropped it down and said here. Terrible customer service. Not sure if most of the At Home stores are like this or nice with good customer service like the one in Etown. We'll stick with our local store from now on.

No receipt? Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges.
