I needed some new art for my condo so I took my 20% off coupon and went shopping. They have a big selection of wall hangings and art. I found one item for half off and was pleasantly surprised when I was checking out to find that a couple of the other items were discounted as well. Plus my 20% coupon! The customer service was excellent tonight. Sometimes the cashiers are overwhelmed, but the store was not crowded when I went in tonight. Everyone was very helpful.

However, I’ve noticed a growing disconnect between price and quality on many products. During my recent visit, several items had visible defects, such as 3 wobbly and crooked tables priced at $69.99, a lamp on sale for $29.98 but with multiple chipped paint spots, 4 very warped wicker trays priced at $29.99, and a very lightweight plastic planter (about 18”) priced at $79.99. At these price points, customers can easily find better quality items elsewhere. I hope management will reconsider pricing on items with subpar quality, or, better yet, focus on improving the quality of the products being sold. Bringing price and quality back into alignment would help restore the value that originally made At Home such a fun place to shop.
