Absolutely the worst experience at a store. Had somebody paged four times heard them announce it over the intercom, three times nobody ever showed up.I was there for over 1.5 hours trying to find a parts that are needed by myself. Finally found them and was able to make it out of the store.

I've have had beyond worst experience with this location and the lack of communication is ridiculous. I had to reschedule my lumber last week because of the ice still on the ground and the roads we're really bad. We had it reschedule for Monday February 9th, they had to reschedule because they said their truck was down. Then promised and even texted they will deliver it on Wednesday. Wednesday came and gone and still no lumber. My fence guy called them and they we're suppose to be on thier way. Mind you I live 8min from them if that. This place has been a headache and I'm down over 1800. I'm never ever using them again. And yes I've called and talked to different people and they don't know what's going on or giving me the run around. Or someone will call me back which nobody ever does.

Rude, useless employees. And go in for 2 things(both the same item) and one was damaged from them running the fork lift forks into the side of it so was only able to get one
