I almost religiously use Lowes, but this location almost changed that. When my online order wasn't ready, despite being told it was multiple times. I was left to fill, and load, the order myself. The staff refused to help. At one point, a young manager came up. I explained what had happened and his reply was "what do you expect me to do about it?" then he walked away. The staff in whole seemed amused by the whole situation.
The prices are already high. When combined with horrible customer service I question switching over the the competition in orange.
