They didn’t have the battery, when I asked if I could get a rain check or sent to my house they told me “no it’s while supplies last, you don’t get it”.. went to the Beechmont store 2 days later, bought the mower and they’re sending me the battery. Go to another store

Ordered 2 keys from the mysterious Lowe's self key maker "Minute Key" kiosk that apparently Lowe's employees want nothing to do with. The first order made the key, the second order charged me but didn't make the key. No problem, an associate will come over soon and fix the issue. Wrong. 30 minutes of waiting and no one comes to help, despite me being told they've been notified. Ok, so I take the initiative and go back to the same associate that told me "someone" was notified and asked if they will just credit me back the key price at the customer service desk. She says yes. I wait in line, tell them my issue, show them the credit card transaction and the clerk tells me "yes, aisle 16 are where they make the keys, they will make you a key". Great, problem resolved, right? Wrong. Key maker associate makes it and shows me the barcode on key for where to scan to pay for it. I'm like "wait, I have to pay for this key??" and she abruptly snaps and says "yes" as if it was obvious. She then shows me the number on the machine to call for help getting a refund. I know Lowe's will not care about this at all since it's a $7 key and they have large sales to make but the 45 minutes I wasted to end having to buy another key entirely and go through the work to contact the company they have in-house for self key making (which Lowe's absolutely gets a sales cut from) is hilariously bad business and customer service. Just bad. Do better.

I gave up asking where items were because they don’t even know. When they talk to you, it seems like they just don’t have the social skills to have general conversation with people.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
