    Joe and his lady friend that also was an employee was having a conversation witch I imagine Lows dose t want employee to do! I guess I interrupted a deep conversation and the lady was irritated. She roll her eyes and gave me a (what a punk look) She then made Joe help me Joe tried the old it’s down this aisle talk!! I said can you just show us. Then he god angry saying I can get out the store. I guess he thought I get all mad and throw curse words out and when I just shut my mouth he then help. Joe learn how to talk to all people not just people that look like you! The world is changing and you should change with it my guy!

    Returned an item that was a gift for in-store credit and was not informed of “new” policy which requires the holder of the gift card to show proof of ID. I live in Texas and the person who was receiving the gift lives in Kentucky. We were told that there could not be any exchanges for in-store credit to a return on my credit card. Not the first time I’ve been burned by Lowe’s hidden policies or lack of customer service.

    What a great store. I purchased a microwave online and had to return it as it was defective. I called ahead and spoke with Ethan and then brought it in. I believe it was Lexi who assisted me with my return. Evan lifted the microwave out of my car for me. Great customer service. I also purchased a washer from this location last year. At that time I didn't have a Lowes card but was offered a good amount of money off of washer if I signed up. A win win. I will continue to shop at this store. Great experience

    Do not buy flooring here and purchase their installation. When I purchased my carpet I was given a time frame of 2 weeks for installation. "Once you place your order and complete the purchase your installation will be about 2 weeks out". I contacted Lowes repeatedly to try to schedule my installation kept getting the run around for 2 weeks. I finally took it upon myself to contact the contractor directly to schedule my installation. Once I scheduled another 2 weeks out I received and email saying my installation had been rescheduled. I was never contacted by Lowes or Ultimate Home Services for scheduling and no matter how many times I asked I never got an answer if I had left it up to them to do their job I would still be waiting for them to call and schedule. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!!! I STILL HAVE NO CARPET INSTALLED. I CAN NOT EVEN HIRE MY OWN CONTRACTOR TO PICK THE CARPET UP AND INSTALL IT. MUST CANCEL MY CARPET ORDER TO CANCEL THEIR INSTALLATION.
