I feel disappointed with Lowe's customer service today. They have a large promotional sign advertising a battery pack for $299. I asked an employee there to assist me; he came over and retrieved the three items for the $299 price point. We went to the checkout, but he couldn't figure out why the promotional price wasn't appearing. They called a supervisor over, who was equally stumped until she finally noticed—in very fine print—that the offer doesn't start until April 23rd. If the promotion begins on April 23rd, then put the sign up on that day! Or do what Home Depot does: when a sale is scheduled for a future date, they post a sign clearly stating that the item cannot be sold until that specific date. I wasted about 30 minutes there. After that frustrating experience, I decided to go with a different combo instead. The same employee who had been helping me searched everywhere for the product but couldn't find a thing—even though the system indicated they had four units in stock. Well, he never did find it, until another employee walked over and informed us that customers could no longer make purchases because all the registers had been shut down. I ended up unable to buy anything due to the staff's lack of training. Terrible service. We need a Home Depot in Henderson!

The staff in flooring was super helpful and friendly. But when he took me to the lumber area the staff didn’t want to help and certainly did not help to load or secure my truck with the lumber. 2 complete strangers helped me secure my load for a safe hour drive home.

Terrible customer service delivery team is also a horrible I’m in fighting with him for three weeks to get my fireplace and they tell me they don’t have any anymore. The two they have is been something wrong with them. Also, take me three weeks to get back my refund. This is unacceptable. Corporate should be doing something about this. so it won’t happen to the next person.

Im 50 and in the middle of a top 5 worst life experiences when it comes to dealing with a business. Trying to have 3 appliances replaced in the same rental has turned into an absolute nightmare that has cost me money and time away from work because of multiple screwups on the part of Lowes. They go cheap when they outsource, and then when there's a problem, they and their contractors just point fingers ....and absolutely nothing gets done, except a lost customer for life. Took a 2 minute phone call to find out Home Depot is in Henderson's service/delivery area. They will get all rental business now just by being halfway decent.
