The two they have is been something wrong with them. Also, take me three weeks to get back my refund. This is unacceptable. Trying to have 3 appliances replaced in the same rental has turned into an absolute nightmare that has cost me money and time away from work because of multiple screwups on the part of Lowes. They go cheap when they outsource, and then when there's a problem, they and their contractors just point fingers ....and absolutely nothing gets done, except a lost customer for life. Took a 2 minute phone call to find out Home Depot is in Henderson's service/delivery area. They will get all rental business now just by being halfway decent.
