Terrible customer service. Another customer asked the young man in paint "where can I find electrical boxes?" Reply was "i would guess the electrical department " unbelievable!!!
I then asked if the paint i was buying could be used in a paint sprayer? He said yes but I might have to thin it with paint thinner. I said paint thinner in a water based paint? He said YES with conviction. This would have terrible results for the uninformed.

Poor Customer service. I waited 45 minutes to have 120 - 2x4x16s loaded and then they just dumped them onto my flatbed trailer without having them stacked up nicely. I had to set everything up nicely by hand so that I could strap them down properly. And then the loading guys had the nerve to ask me to come back and but now from them. Very disappointing

I have tryed to get anyone to answer the phone at the front to ask for app appliances, they finally answered after 15 rings, she flipped me over to appliances, I let it rings for a long time. 3 times someone picked up the phone, didnt say a word just hung up again. they never answered. very poor service.

One star only because there is no option for zero. Just spent 45 minutes listening to the phone ring and no answer. Called three times and had to fight the AI assistant just to get sent to the operator to be transferred to the department I needed and listen to the phone ring. 45 minutes. Gave up and called the Lebanon store where the AI sent me right to the correct department. ONE ring and they answered. Spent 5 minutes with a very helpful young man who took my order and scheduled a delivery and set up. Less than six minutes and my appliance will be delivered in 3 days when it is convenient for me. Skip this store.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
