Brand new refrigerator. Still in box. Can not exchange or get a refund it will not fit and now they won’t make it right. Please do not buy appliances from here until you are ready to move in. Actually don’t buy them here at all the customer service is terrible and they really don’t care if you are satisfied.

Love this store. We'll im a diyer and I could stay there all day, just putting ideas together. I like the educ videos. You tube and I became fast friends in all these new DIY activities. I also talked with contractors and other experts. I have made many errors and I am glad there are many fixes. The store gives a military discount and even has parking for disabled vets like me. The discount is easy to get and they always thank me for my service and pet my Yorkie who likes to shop with me. Even when she barks at other dogs. She's a yorkie. Trying to stop that but still working on it. Lowes is a great store and I really like the staff and of course shopping.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Lowe’s tonight. I walked in at 8:52 PM to quickly grab some caulk, fully aware the store was closing soon. However, the moment we entered, an employee leaning on the register greeted us with a rude attitude, clearly annoyed that we had walked in. Instead of offering assistance or asking if we needed help finding something, he brusquely informed us that the store was closing in 8 minutes and warned that if we didn’t hurry, we’d have to “explain ourselves to the police.” This was completely uncalled for and set a hostile tone for the entire visit.
We managed to find what we needed and checked out within 4 minutes, well before closing time. To make matters worse, the same employee followed us out of the store and stood there watching us leave, which felt unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating for a simple shopping trip to Lowe’s. As we drove off, I rolled down my window to politely note that we made it in and out with 4 minutes to spare, hoping to lighten the mood. Unfortunately, he seemed even more irritated by this.
This kind of behavior from a store employee is unacceptable and makes customers feel unwelcome. I hope the staff can be retrained to handle closing time with more professionalism and courtesy. I’ll be hesitant to return to this location after such a negative experience.

It was a bit confusing on last visit. Halloween decorations hollering aside Musical Christmas Decorations, plus, completely re arranging areas.
Thank goodness there were sales associates throughout the store to give directions.
