    I had a wonderful experience with this store. Thanks to 2 associates Matt in appliances and Dakota in lumber pro service. They each helped me with my needs in both departments. These are fine young gentlemen and they both are very knowledgeable in their departments and other departments as well. I highly recommend anyone to ask for them while shopping appliances or building materials.

    UPDATE: Lowe's replied to this review and said to call them so they could get me on the 'right track', so I did. They said they couldn't help me, I should call their install department. So, another fail - why create these automated responses if they don't mean it? Lowe's: Making the Simple Complex OR Lowe's: Pretending to Care, But Not Really. Well that was an ordeal! We ordered a whole kitchen's worth of appliances and also a dishwasher install in March 2025. We could never sync up on the schedule and timing for the install and so requested a refund. They offered us $30+ for a $200+ install. We didn't agree. So they offered an additional $60+, citing the discrepancy as being due to a difference in state taxes - because they combined the dishwasher and install and then subtracted the install. But of course the math didn't work because there was not a $100 difference in taxes. It was all very convoluted. Lowes worked diligently to make the simple complex by not just refunding the amount of the install. It seemed like they wanted us to just give up by using confusing math. Turns out they charged us for tax on the rebill but didn't take it off on the refund. Ultimately we got the full amount back plus $10 (how ironic) because I used their math formula to show that them the tax amount hadn't been refunded. It is now January 2026 - 10 months. I got the refund (plus $10) but what about my time? No apology even. Every time we try any kind of service with Lowe's something goes awry. My suggestion: don't let them obfuscate things with goofy math. Insist on getting the numbers right.

    We ordered an electric stove from Lowes in Glasgow, Kentucky. They said it would be 3 days. They were supposed to call 4 hours prior to arrival. No call until they were in the drive and they dropped it in the carport and ran. Lowe’s drops the ball yet again. You would think spending $6-700 they would provide better service.

    Last time I am dealing with Lowe’s on anything concerning having something done at my home. Multiple times of not meeting their appointment time and then showing up with the incorrect product. The last time was for a window and door and can’t even have the courtesy to call until the time supposed to.be here for appointment! A customer’s time is not important to them.
