- MMmichelle monaghanSep 9, 20252.0I gave them a 2 star only because the people on the phone were polite but condescending.i bought a washer and dryer set from them paid theyre price, what happened is the dryer stopped heating up it was like pulling teeth to get these people to come and get it fixed, they did send a substitute, however, it took them weeks to fix it and heard every excuse to get it back to me. some time later it Broke down again.they came brought the substitute dryer when I finally got it back.It was all dented up scratched up, as they take it down stairs, they dented our brand new freezer door, my husband had to tell the guy to put the vent back on the dryer the way they found it, The people they sent out to fix it totally incompetent, After a little bit paid it off a little while later. The dryer breaks down again.I call them talked to the manager , she said she had to talk to the regional manager.When manager got back to me, they told me because it had been paid off and it was a little while after i paid it, they could no longer honor the old contract , i told her it had been an on going problem, they said they couldn't do anything, i said OK and wanted my phone number taken out of their system. Because I was not going to further do business with a company that didn't back up their product, i would not recommend doing business with them. All these rent to own companies are all the same. Next time I wait and shop wholesale or discount stores I have better luck.
- JWJ WhiteDec 28, 20241.0Bought a inflatable tv screen from them months ago we kept getting the run around on delivery we finally just had to go pick it up.the whole experience was awful I've been called by staff days before my payment was due.they have even called after a payment was made.i was behind two weeks on payment they came today and took it probably two hours after it was picked up they are still trying to call me.i think staff needs to be replaced if they can't do any better.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
