I would give negative if possible. Started out by having a third party delivery service, who showed up unannounced while not home. Upon my arrival home, found my $1100 tool box with scratches, dents, broken pieces. Called for a replacement. Was told replacement would be here Monday. Took off a day of work (even had an email on Sunday night confirming Monday delivery) only to receive another email Monday mid morning telling me it would now be Friday. And, the tool box received was the floor model from the actual store. How do I know...my daughter drew pictures in the dust on the tool box while we were looking at it in store. SAME BOX. When asked why I received a floor model, manager said that was normal. No, when I go online and purchase something new, NEW is what should be received. No one is interested in helping or doing the right thing, so I have canceled my delivery, scheduled a pick up of damaged tool box, and I guess will go elsewhere. This will result in me closing my Lowe's credit account and looking into a different hardware store that actually cares. Which total stinks, as this one is only a few miles from my home. Every opportunity to do the right thing, and you did nothing. -2 🌟

The staff usually has no idea what is going on and cant offer much besides a smile (and that's a rarity), but I find myself going here often due to lack of other resources.
Their garden center is decent, sales are usually OK. Indoor plants are always neglected.
If you order to pick up 9/10 you will have to go inside because no one will bring your order. Also 9/10 theres no one strong enough to move anything heavy so bring muscle with you.
