Don’t buy appliances here. They come damaged, then when you call them to take the damaged appliance back you have to wait 2 days, they have to get it you can’t bring it back, and then wait even longer for your money back. Happy new year everybody, my resolution is hopefully Frankfort builds a different home improvement. Obviously Lowe’s throws your stuff around or something, and then won’t give $1800 back until days later (maybe) Yikes

If you get a major appliance from Lowe's do not use their delivery services! Bought a refrigerator from them. First delivery was 10 pm at night and product was damaged. 2nd delivery was them trying to ship me the same damaged refrigerator. Still waiting on 3rd try. Customer service is the absolute worst. Could careless about customers of Lowe's. They are obviously outsourcing customer service reps.
