I reported the issue and was told they can’t control rodents, but when I secured the storage unit I was assured the facility was void of bugs and rodents! I was so disgusted! I have to get new furniture and clothing! A huge expense and there was no concern from the staff! I paid to store my belongings, only for them to have been ruined

They will say they are a month-to-month place, and that is correct, so I guess they are legally allowed to do it. Everyone should know, however, that they freely exercise the option to jack up the prices fairly quickly. I signed up on 9/22/25 for $48 a month, and 3 months later got a notice that on 1/22/26 (FOUR MONTHS!!) my rate was almost doubling to $81. Again, they're allowed to do it, but it doesn't change the fact that their advertised prices ARE NOT GOOD FOR LONG.
