- PMPayton Massong2 days ago1.0They just want to sell sell sell, regardless of your concerns or how many times you say you want to look around, they keep begging you to rent and then slowly but surely add more and more costs and tell you “there’s no way around it, everywhere does this” and that’s a flat out lie. Only to call back because I did want to rent and they tell me they deleted my quote from 3 days ago because I had too many concerns, but wrote it in their system that I just didn’t want to pay. Bad customer service and salesmanship. I was ready to pay, I’ll just go elsewhere since I “don’t want to pay”

The representative asked me how long did I needed the storage unit for, I said 3 to 6 months maybe little longer. I was having work on my house. The representative said by going to Florence, He could get it for $40 a month and a size up. I was sold on that deal. Three months later they sent me a letter raising my rent to $90 a month. Needless to say the work on my house isn’t done and I had to move my stuff again. This place is a scam!!!!!! I went to the Florence location, to informing them of my vacating of the unit. The women said after hearing my concerns informed me that I should have come to the actual place, instead of the online number. They don't have the knowledge that the actual site has. So if you weren't willing to fix it then and I'm moved out already how do you intent to fix it? I want to everyone to know how your customer service really is! I'm mad because I know I'm not the only one you tried to scam. I was able to move!! The ones that are stuck is who I'm speaking for. I also believe that people live in them. Two times I went there and a male was walking back there with a bag of food. This is a prime example of what is wrong with this world. how about this reduces your prices! I wont ever use you again. You had your chance to make it right before I moved and I told you I would make a bad review and you acted like you didn't care!!!!!!!! Woman you need to be fired!
