She helped me every step of the way and her customer service was beyond more then I expected I have rented from extra space storage before and they didnt seem to care or to be well informed. Had to rent a trailer and move to a less expensive place. They will rent new customers for the $67 a month but not work with existing customers. If you’re looking for just a month or two go for it. Staff is helpful and the unit was clean If not for the staff I would not have given two stars. Too bad you can’t give negative stars
