We felt absolutely zero sales pressure. We asked all the questions we needed to ask and received the answers we needed and some we didn't. We got another no pressure education on the ins and outs. We ended up choosing a King Size Purple Mattress with the complete pillow and sheet set. We have never been so impressed with a purchase of this type. We almost went with a different high end Mattress and we are so glad we chose a purple. This mattress has made a huge difference in our quality of sleep. We have deeper, longer and more restful sleep. Complete game changer. I no longer toss around because my back is in agony and she no longer fusses with being blazing hot all night. Big difference!!! The whole sales team were pretty cool and did not pressure us at all. They identified our needs, answered our questions and left the decision to us. If you are a shopper who likes to refer to reviews then hopefully this one helps. Don't forget the sheet set and pillows. They made a difference as well. Wouldn't think so but they do. The sheets are so dang cool. They dont bunch up or come untucked and are cooling in a big way. The pillows are like nothing I have used before. We have spent a small fortune over the years on inferior pillows. You have to try them for yourself. A huge difference. Might seems strange at first but you will settle right in. My mother even bought a set of the pillows after giving ours a try. Thanks for taking care of us Denver Mattress Florence. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars. Btw, Ron was our salesman.
