Not once but twice did "the system" boot me off of autopay but they waited 90 days before they called or came by and racked up late fees. The first time I paid them and assured everything was good it then happened a second time with almost $400 in late charges. Then attempted for weeks to get them to just come get the merchandise back and could never get ahold of the general manager (who is one of the rudest people I've ever done business with) finally had to call corporate to get any help results!

Aaron's calls non stop all day at home AND work for my husband even after he and his boss has told them that it could cost him his job. Calls start if we're even ONE day late. They even call people not associated with our account! Now to be fair we are a month behind right now... but when I tried explaining that other far more important bills had taken what little money we had when I called today once again the general manager LANCE treated me like scum! Even though I was trying to set up a payment arrangement! If we didn't need the bed we're renting I would have absolutely nothing to do with Aaron's again!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
