  Everyone I worked with from ordering to delivery was great! Charles was helpful and compared my options for a new washer and dryer and made sure I got any discounts possible. Eric, Jack, and Steve delivered them the next day and were able to hook them up, ready for use quickly while being professional and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend Hagedorn Appliance.

  Wonderful delivery help from Eric, Jack, and Steven! They were pleasant and worked together well to get our new washer and dryer moved in and installed. They were careful with the new appliances and the path they had to take through our home to put them in place.

  Shawna and Isaiah did a great job when they arrived here to deliver our new refrigerator! They were careful and quickly got our fridge up and going for us. We received ample notification of their eta and they arrive at the time they said they would. Great job for what probably was a busy day. And to Hagedorn to getting us our fridge quickly!!! Great job all the way around!

  We recently moved to Florence, KY. After researching the area and selecting the right appliances for our home we chose HAGEDORN’S. Our customer service from Erin Rovito was excellent. This was followed by expert installation of our new Bosch Dishwasher. Josh Rickett was efficient and professional. We’re very happy and will be finishing up the rest of purchases once we get organized. Thanks to the team.

  I honestly regret spending nearly $3,000 on my Speed Queen washer and dryer set less than a year ago. For that kind of money, I expected reliability—not constant issues and runaround customer service. To be fair, I did have repeated problems with the washer, but they eventually replaced it, which I appreciated so much. However, the dryer (TL5) has been nothing but a headache from the start. I’ve had ongoing issues with it not working properly, and every time I call, they send someone out who just blames my house—specifically saying the vent needed unclogged. Well, I went ahead and paid to have the vent fixed just to rule that out… and guess what? The dryer still doesn’t work. Now it’s gotten even worse—it’s not drying at all. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I’ve tried reaching out again, and I keep getting sent to voicemail with no real follow-up. At this point, I feel completely ignored after spending a significant amount of money on what was supposed to be a “top-quality” product. To make matters worse, I’m moving in a couple of days and now have to deal with hauling a broken dryer with me. For a brand that claims durability and quality, this has been a huge disappointment. I would not recommend based on my experience.
