  Same thing as the last review happened to me today. The cashier entered each price manually by simply typing the amount of each price tag. ( I am pretty sure inventory cannot go well doing so but not my concern). When I told her the frame she had just entered in was on a display with a “40% off framed art” sign, she literally told me that it was not a frame.. I should have asked her what it was then as it was literraly a framed print. She did offer to remove the item though but that’s not what I wanted. I ended up paying full price but being stubborn I decided to get back inside and grab another employee to get clarifications on what was considered framed art as what I had purchase wasn’t apparently a frame. I showed her exactly where I grabbed the item and the sign sitting right next to it. She proceeded to verify online by typing the exact reference of my item and it was indeed on sale because it was a frame.. I ended up being refunded the difference. However this makes me hesitant to visit again. Please educate your employees on current sales and maybe what is a frame? She was nice overall but need guidance rather than tell customers they are wrong. I do not want to argue when it comes to discount, I also understand that there could be confusion and tend to like giving grace. But obviously with the last similar review it wasn’t the first time and I would have ended paying full price a discounted item if I wouldn’t have decided to insist. I am sure this happened to other customers that did not feel like arguing and left either the item or with an unfair feeling of overpaying. And telling me that a frame was “not a frame” was grotesque. I also ended up paying another item full price that was part of Easter but didn’t realize it till once home. I do not feel like going back for a refund AGAIN especially for a few dollars knowing I would have to bring my whole bag of purchases and my receipt to go through all of it with someone else. My receipt states “Connie M” as the cashier if that helps. I do not wish her troubles but certainly guidance in her work and knowledge.
