It is usually top notch customer service but today it wasn't. We wanted to order a large item, never in stock. Nope, they said we could order online. I said I wanted to order through them to use my 10% off. They said you can order it and come back after delivery to get reimbursed. I live 25 miles away.
Home Depot had theirs on sale. Ordered and will be delivered next week.

This store is a joke. I’m so tired of driving the half hour to Danville to get there, buy half of what I need and then have to make a second trip somewhere else to get the rest of what I need. Your electrical section is a train wreck and your employees in appliances are condescending. If there was a Home Depot closer, I’d never set foot in your store again. With the poor reviews I’m surprised corporate doesn’t step in.

I have never been to a perfect box store. But for the past 6 months, Lowes has treated me well, I use to dread going there, but most personnel are very accommodating now. Customer service has been much better. To spread the wealth even though I am not a contractor, I recently went to 2 lumber competitors of theirs in Danville: Lumber King and 84 Lumber. 84 Lumber had me wait 20 minutes even though I was only customer in the store. Lumber King was down right mean and nasty, read review. Lowes had better lumber even though Lumber King degrades products of Lowes and 84 Lumber.
