Everyone at this store has been so helpful and friendly. We just moved to this area a few months ago, and have visited this Lowe’s probably 10 or so times already as we’re renovating our new home. We’ve even had appliances delivered from here!
These folks know their stuff, and they care about giving you the best service and advice.
Special shout-out to Joshua and Taylor who assisted us at the cutting station this weekend. They took special care in getting really precise cuts for us, which made the rest of our job so much easier!
The job is never really done, though. So of course, I’ll be back soon for another round of supplies soon.

This has to be the most unorganized store. Their customer service is a joke. I ordered and paid for about 3,000 dollars of drywall that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. My husband and I and our drywall contractor waited all day for delivery. When it didn’t show up I called the store because no one had called me. I spoke with an assistant manager Chelsea and she informed me my order had been transferred to Somerset store because evidently if they are short one item they transfer the whole order to another store. Shortly after Chris from the Somerset store called and apologized but not only did they not contact me they also didn’t contact them verbally. Chelsea lied and said they spoke to my contractor and he said they never called him. Not only did I pay for the the drywall I also bought a full set of kitchen appliances so total we spent in Danville was about 8,000 dollars. That will be the last dime they get from me. I must say Sommerset store has went above and beyond for me. Danville Lowe’s needs to be revamped and a new crew needs to be hired. They are only warm bodies filling in they in no way have any desire to help their customers or make sales.

Lowe’s skipped my cabinet delivery 2 days. Both days I took off work and waited all day for them. Wasted my time. The woman in delivery was no help and rude. Guess I get to take another day off and hope they show up. Better off buying from Home Depot!
