This was not an easy installation because we researched and purchased a system that we wanted, as opposed to the typical system that most plumbers carry and install in our area. I chose start with Stewart and Richey because I anticipated this would likely be a difficult installation, and I wanted a company with the experience and manpower to bring in additional help if needed. They provided a fair bid, so we decided to hire them based on these two factors. I was right; they had never seen a system like this before, and the installation ended up taking many more hours than anyone expected. Luckily, they only charged me what they originally bid. Most companies would have at least tried to charge more, but they never mentioned anything about that. The team was always super responsive and went over everything with me thoroughly before they left. I highly recommend giving them a call and allowing them a chance to earn your business.
