- DWDaniel WhiteMar 20, 20263.0*I noticed this listed the wrong Lowes location. My complaint was with the Etown location. Seriously, Lowes, you're getting really bad. Not only is it impossible to reach anyone on the phone (literally, no one answered for 20 minutes) but you're sending customers themselves out to the parking lot to get carts? After not being able to find a lumber cart in the first several aisles where they normally are, I asked for help at the pro counter. I was told o could go look for one outside. Sure enough, that's where they all were, piled in and around the cart corral. Maybe instead of sending the customers, send a worker to bring them inside? Then next, I order (12) 80l lb bags of concrete mix and ask for help loading. They send me an extremely overweight man who could barely get them on my tailgate. I had to climb up and stack them myself in the truck bed. I'm used to doing the work myself, especially at Lowes, but I specifically asked for help because I'd just had a procedure done and was on a 20 lb restriction. Should've known better! The 3 star is being generous because of the times you have provided good service.

I am being forced to return the product instead of being given the missing parts. I must drive to the store to return the item to receive a refund. I will never use Lowe's for anything ever again. This is the worst company I have ever delt with and will NEVER deal with them again.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
