He made my shopping experience at this particular Lowes the best I have ever had. He helped me find 2 compact refrigerators and load them onto a platform truck, which he went and got for me because I had a regular shopping cart. He took that cart back for me. He later helped me find a wireless doorbell, actually 2, because the one I was looking for was not in stock. He took me to the register and gave me a discount on the 2 doorbells because I was looking for a wireless doorbell kit with 2 buttons, but it was not in stock even though it said it was in stock online. The ones I purchased were the last 2 wireless doorbells of that kind. He then wheeled the platform truck out to my vehicle and loaded the refrigerators into my vehicle. He provided me with exceptional customer service so I wanted to reward him in some way, even if it is just a nice Google review. I very much appreciate his kindness, knowledge and helpfulness.
