    I have been a Lowe's customer for probably over 20 years in over four different states that I lived. This was the worst experience I've ever had with Lowe's. I bought pergo floors and I figured that I'd be having it done by professionals having Lowe's installers install it. ultimate home services is the only company they use and they are the worst in customer service. They never finished the job they made a mess in my house, ignored me and now I have to find somebody else to finish. even after they left rudely without even saying goodbye and without finishing I still went back to Lowe's to get carpet in one of my rooms and now I'm told I can't even get carpet at Lowe's due to the installers. Please make sure you check your bill if you decide to go with Lowe's installers they overcharged me and the people in the store we're trying everything they could to help me but they could not they said I'd have to speak to the installers. The store manager Kyle,I was up at that store twice and he was too busy to come and speak with me but the employees were able to go in the back and talk to him and come back to me I even called he was always too busy to speak with me. Just beware not sure how good of a source it was but was told that Kyle is good friends with the installers so it did not matter what I had to say he didn't want to hear it. I am very disappointed I tried to make things easy for them I took all my furniture out of the rooms they only had to remove one mattress for me.My husband even removed the carpet out of one of the rooms. I ended up having to do all my laundry for my clothes that were hanging in my closet wash all my walls down watch all my blinds it was a mess from the sanding. There was no warning that they were going to do sanding and make a mess and when I questioned the installer about it he said he didn't realize it and I also commented that he wasn't wearing a mask that it wasn't healthy for him to be sanding would all that dust in the air and not wearing a mask and he told me it was part of the job. It was like he didn't even care that he made a mess throughout my whole entire house now I just want to make clear his helper was very respectable he never ignored me The only thing he could tell me he was just doing what he was told. They just dropped the material in my driveway and just left no communication. I've attached some photos I wish I would have taken more photos before I cleaned my ceiling fans my blinds my windows my walls. I know I don't matter I am just one customer but I will not go back to Lowe's not even to buy a screw.

    Mike in tool department is phenomenal. He made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to find me Zack to help with my shower needs. Zack was very nice and even rang up my order and loaded in the truck!
