  The Minneola,Ks senior center has routinely allowed Pye-Barker to service the fire protection system that is about our stoves and fryers. In August they gave us a quote to upgrade our system to bring it up to requirements. We obtained a grant to pay for the up grade and scheduled the work. The technician came today and said the quote only covered about a half to a third of what needed to be changed. He also said the “bottles” were way past due for replacement. I ask him what we had been paying this company for to be that far out of compliance - last year alone we paid over $1200 in fees to them for apparently nothing. He talked to his superiors and told me he would do the needed upgrades for the amount of the quote. Bless him for being such an understanding man. But Pete-Barker is on my list to be cut from servicing us if I can find another contractor. Wake up Pye-Barker!
