Shanna is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! She is polite, caring and so respectful. I've been renting a storage here for almost a year now and have had zero problems. Very secure and well maintained!

Tried to call for emergency. No way to get a hold of someone. Was told mailbox was full the next day. Need to make sure codes work to get in!!
