They forgot my corner brackets- damaged 2 sheets of wall panels and gave me all the throw away Lumber in 2x4s. I just got through over half of 40 pieces unusable (did use some where possible). This Lumber is clearly warped, splitting and or damaged warranting them useless. I will be talking with someone today- called yesterday about my brackets they confirmed they still had- and I had proof with the loading ticket still attached ( never pulled), but discovered after our conversation that more than acceptable amount of Lumber is trash. I spoke with the driver when I showed him the load that was visibly unacceptable- and he said if its this bad throughout, (I pulled out 8 pieces with him standing there and 5 were warped) to call and someone should correct the issue. But this is just CRAZY - whomever is loading this is either purposely trying to sell their unsellable crap, or has zero experience and needs retraining. Unacceptable. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
