    On November 9th of 2025, I visited the store with my husband looking for a specific tool, but I couldn’t recall the name at the time. I approached a staff member named Troy for assistance and asked if he could help us figure out the name of the tool. When Troy realized I was referring to a laser level, he repeated my question “You and your husband are looking for a laser level?” — in a tone that came across as sexist and condescending, while laughing and staring at me in a way that made me uncomfortable. His behavior implied that it was unusual or inappropriate for me, as a woman, to be the one asking about the tool instead of my husband. I then asked again for clarification about the name and location of the item, and Troy simply pointed in the direction of where it was located. Later on Staff Zack helped out getting what we needed.

    There were a few things I needed help finding and Brad was a great help. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and knew right where everything was. Most importantly he listened to what I wanted to do and why and helped me find the parts I wanted instead of trying to tell me to do it differently. Everything worked out great and I'm so thankful he was there to help! We had already had a rough day due to an unexpected leak and he helped make things a bit better for us. Thank you Brad!

    *** Not a review of the mower itself as I have been unable to use, but rather a review for the overall pitiful customer service provided by the Lowe's team.*** I recently bought a Toro Recycler 21-in 60-volt, Push Battery Walk Mower with (1) 4ah Battery Included. The mower was delivered last Wednesday 10/15. While assembling the mower, I found that no battery was included in the box or mower at all. Although frustrating, mistakes happen. I called Lowe's customer service to have one sent. The representative submitted the ticket and said that I should hear back from someone within 24 hours. By Thursday night I still had not received a call, so I called in again Friday morning. I was told my account had been escalated due to not receiving the battery and I would receive a call back. I'm less concerned with an escalated account and more concerned with receiving the battery I have paid for. Again, no call back all weekend. I called in AGAIN today, Monday 10/20, only to be told "my account is still being reviewed so I need to wait for a call back." What is there to review?! I purchased this product with a battery included, and the battery was not delivered. Send a battery. I have essentially spent $250 for an oversized paper weight. Not my role to work out the logistics of the matter, but I cannot understand why it is so difficult to follow through with decent customer service.
